What to expect at your appointment:
Appointments generally last 30-60 minutes from start to finish depending on the area.
This procedure is completely painless with no surgery, needles or downtime. It feels like a warm gentle massage on the area being treated.
You will want to wear loose clothing or a bathing suit depending on the area you are having treated.
You may hear a slight humming or a small buzzing in your ears during the procedure from the ultrasonic waves. This is not harmful and goes away as soon the head of the machine is no longer touching your body.
After Your Appointment
Drink plenty of water for 5-7 days after your treatment.
How much water should you drink?
Take your body weight and divide that in half. That number is how many ounces you should be consuming in one day. This will help your body flush out the fat.
Get plenty of movement in the area.
Exercising, walking, or making that area sweat will also help your body to flush the fat out.
